LOOK AT MY FLOWERS!
Last spring I helped mommy plant a bunch of little tiny plants. First she pulled weeds out. I helped by pulling the long skinny ones out. They tasted so good that I couldn’t help but swallow them. Mommy wouldn’t let me help her pull them out anymore. Sometimes when I eat these yummy green things they come back up with other gooey stuff. Mommy doesn’t like cleaning this up off the carpet. I think she’s just getting a little lazy. Back to gardening, then we dug holes. That was a lot of fun. I saw long skinny, slimy brown spaghetti twirling in the dirt. They tickled my nose when I tried to sniff them out and then would disappear back in the dirt. How weird is that? Then we planted 36 little flower plant in all of these holes. While mommy planted I made sure to sniff through all the different kind of scents they each had and gave mom the final stamp of approval. Mommy and I watered them and just sat and watched them every day. One morning when we went out for our morning coffee the bunnies had eaten all the top half of our plants. Mommy started spraying them with pepper spray every night and hoped that the bunnies didn’t like spicy veggies. They didn’t. Our plants grew and look at them now!
