• ¾ cup plain yogurt
  • 1 banana
  • 2 cups orange juice (no sugar added)
  • 1 cup water
  • Put all ingredients in a blender and puree,  or you can used a potato masher and mash all ingredients until well blended.
  • Fill ice cube trays or small solo cups and freeze
    • Substitutes: pineapple or apple juice (no sugar added), strawberries, watermelon, apples.  You can also add a tablespoon of peanut butter.
