- ¾ cup plain yogurt
- 1 banana
- 2 cups orange juice (no sugar added)
- 1 cup water
- Put all ingredients in a blender and puree, or you can used a potato masher and mash all ingredients until well blended.
- Fill ice cube trays or small solo cups and freeze
- Substitutes: pineapple or apple juice (no sugar added), strawberries, watermelon, apples. You can also add a tablespoon of peanut butter.
